Role Purpose
Design compelling visuals and graphics for BFL Group, collaborating with Creative and Marketing departments to enhance conversion rates and uphold brand image. Manage multiple projects efficiently, demonstrate initiative for design improvement across digital channels, and communicate ideas effectively to meet BFL Group’s objectives.
Responsibilities
Create graphic and visual content for websites, product imagery, banners, landing pages, and branding, along with other design elements that captivate, inform, and engage users across various digital and non-digital platforms.
Collaborate effectively with the Creative and Marketing departments to turn data-driven briefs into innovative and compelling creative work that enhances conversion rates.
Oversee projects from their initial concept to their final completion, ensuring constant updates to all relevant stakeholders.
Convert business and marketing goals into clear, persuasive, and visually appealing designs that are easily understood.
Apply design principles using standardized brand colors, images, typography, and layouts to achieve a cohesive and engaging brand experience for customers.
Adhere to specified timelines and branding guidelines in all design tasks.
Develop and uphold scalable design strategies utilizing templates.
Play a role in the ongoing enhancement of the brand’s image.
Conduct research to stay informed about the latest trends, cutting-edge technologies, and competitor activities to ensure the brand remains competitive.
Requirements
Ability to work quickly and manage several projects at once, changing priorities when necessary.
Ability to show initiative and enthusiasm for constantly improving design across all digital channels.
Effective and clear presentation and communication of ideas.
Ability to take briefs and formulate them into ideas and visuals that meet BFL Group’s objectives
