We are looking for a highly skilled Graphic Designer with a strong sense of design aesthetics, experience in adhering to brand guidelines and a proven track record of producing high-quality visual content.
The ideal candidate will create visuals that capture the attention of those who see them and will have strong ability to translate requirements into design.
Responsibilities
Create visually compelling designs, graphics, and layouts that align with our brand identity and guidelines.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to produce digital and print materials, including but not limited to brochures, infographics, social media graphics, website elements, and presentations.
Adapt and learn our brand guidelines and maintain consistency in all design work.
Produce designs that effectively communicate complex technical concepts in a visually engaging manner.
Proficiency in designing website banners and promotional graphics that enhance the visual appeal of web pages and effectively communicate key messages to visitors.
Demonstrated ability to create designs that optimize the customer journey by strategically placing visual elements, call-to-action buttons, and information flow for improved user engagement and conversions.
Work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency to meet project deadlines, while maintaining end result quality.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for marketing campaigns and visual content strategies for different mediums and social platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, content creators, and marketing managers, to ensure design requirements are met.
Collaborate with the UX/UI team to implement user-centered design principles and contribute to the enhancement of website usability and user experience.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or related field.
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer in a tech or IT industry setting.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, including web and print materials.
Familiarity with brand guidelines and the ability to adapt designs accordingly.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Exceptional time management skills and the ability to multitask.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout.
Self-motivated and accountable for project deadlines and quality.
Proficiency in user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design, including wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing, to create web designs that prioritize user satisfaction and accessibility.
At least 3-5 years of relevant experience
