We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Graphic Designer who will be responsible for creating exceptional visual designs that effectively represent the NOVVI brand, our subsidiaries, employees, and campaigns. Your role will involve leveraging your design skills to portray our assets in the most appealing way to potential clients and stakeholders. As an essential contributor to our brand’s visual identity, you will play a significant role in molding our online and offline presence. Your primary objective will be to produce high-quality, visually captivating graphic content, including marketing graphics, animations, and digital designs, to drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and boost our online and offline presence.
Responsibilities:

(Professional Standards and Client Support)
· Provide support for the creation of marketing materials and other brand-related activities.
· Responsible for the production and supply of relevant creative artwork.
· When applicable, assist with e-marketing campaigns, targeted mailshots, newsletters, and online advertising.
· Creating artwork for related print production requirements (brochures, reports, flyers) for events and exhibitions is necessary.
· Responsible for keeping the existing website content updated.
· Knowledge in retouching of visuals and watermarking – naming conventions.

· Required to assist in the design and execution of corporate collateral and various marketing and communications pieces in line with creative briefs.
· Required to take creative direction from and work closely with the Head of Marketing and Communications to ensure all work adheres to brand guidelines and graphic standards.
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree or certificate in fine arts, graphic design, or a related field.
· Minimum of 1 year experience in a related field, preferably in the real estate industry.
· Keen attention to detail.
· Expert in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and the Microsoft Office suite.
· Must have proven technical experience in graphic design and expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite 3-4 (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat Professional).
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) for templates.
· Must have a good understanding of file format conversions.
· Knowledge of print production processes.
· Knowledge and experience in web and email marketing.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Proficiency in Arabic is a plus but optional.
· Understanding of timelines and ability to chase and ensure deadlines are met.
· Strong interpersonal, communication presentation, and computer skills.
· Adaptability, receptiveness to feedback and direction, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to work well both independently and within a team, particularly in a multicultural environment.
· In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices.
· Proficiency in content creation.
· Experience with social media advertising and campaign management.
