This position reports to the Director, Clinical Operations. The Service Line Manager is responsible for ensuring the development of smooth and efficient operation, personnel management, program development, patient relations and patient flow within the assigned services. Areas of oversight include but are not limited to clinical coordinate ion, clinical excellence, patient flow, patient experience and service development. The Service Line Manager provides key leadership for all personnel, holding responsibility for all operations and implementations of strategies related to the business functions and patient flow activities within the service lines. The Service Line Manager will support the client’s health facilities in the implementation of remote patient monitoring, measuring and evaluating the impact of implementation.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing Science or a relevant clinical field
Post Graduate Qualifications related to the operational field
Master’s Degree is preferred
Minimum of 7-10 years post graduate experience in nursing
Minimum 3 years’ experience within people management
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a service manager or within a large OPD/ambulatory care/primary care setting
Current and valid nursing professional licence from the country of practice
Certified proof of yearly CME
Continuous postgraduate courses
BLS, ACLS, PALS relevant to the area of specialty
