Role Description
This is a full-time On-site Customer Services role located in Dubai. As a Customer Services team member, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring a positive experience by responding to their inquiries and concerns. You will communicate with our customers via multiple platforms, including phone, email, and social media.
Qualifications
Excellent communication skills in English, Arabic both oral and written
Experience in customer service in the retail or health industry
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Passionate about health and wellness
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure with minimal supervision
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field is preferred
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team
Must speak Arabic
