Overview

As a CRM Executive, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring our customer relationship management strategies. This includes working closely with internal teams, creating content briefs, ensuring high-quality content delivery, and owning our email marketing program. You will also be tasked with daily reporting to relevant stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Planning – Discuss with categories & brands what offers they have, plans of new launches, etc. & based on that fill in the content plan.
Provide create briefs – Speak with the creative team to get the content delivered to them.
Quality Checks – QC things proactively with the intent of delivering only high-quality content with zero mistakes.
Ownership – Own the email marketing program of 6thStreet by owning the performance metrics (open rates, click rates & transactions) and delivering as per set targets.
Reporting – Share daily performance report of CRM with the categories & brands. Basic knowledge of excel will be helpful here.
