The Marketing & Content Creator is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive engagement for the real estate company. This role requires expertise in content creation, digital marketing, social media management, and branding to effectively showcase properties and attract potential buyers, sellers, and investors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation & Branding
• Develop high-quality content, including social media posts, blogs, newsletters, videos, and property listings.
• Create engaging visual and written content to promote real estate listings, company achievements, and market trends.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
2. Social Media & Digital Marketing
• Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
• Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on social media and Google Ads.
• Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and build an online community.
• Optimize content for SEO and increase organic reach.
3. Property Marketing & Lead Generation
• Design and execute marketing campaigns to generate leads for property sales and rentals.
• Collaborate with real estate agents to create promotional materials for listings.
• Develop landing pages, email campaigns, and digital ads to attract potential buyers and investors.
• Track and analyze campaign performance to improve results.
4. Photography & Videography
• Capture and edit high-quality photos and videos of properties.
• Create virtual tours, drone footage, and promotional videos to showcase listings.
• Edit and enhance visuals to highlight key property features.
5. Market Research & Strategy Development
• Monitor real estate market trends and competitors’ strategies.
• Identify opportunities for innovative marketing approaches.
• Provide insights on customer behavior and preferences to optimize marketing efforts.
6. Event Planning & Brand Collaborations
• Organize and promote real estate open houses, networking events, and property launches.
• Collaborate with influencers, media, and industry professionals for brand exposure.
