Role Description
We seek a passionate and customer-focused Boutique Manager to join our luxury fashion store team. The ideal candidate should possess a keen interest in fashion trends, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers, providing personalized shopping experiences.
•
Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend suitable products.
•
Maintain a deep knowledge of current fashion trends, brands, and product offerings.
•
Assist in visual merchandising and maintaining store aesthetics.
•
Handle transactions and operate point-of-sale (POS) systems efficiently.
•
Manage inventory, conduct stock checks, and assist in restocking products.
•
Uphold store policies and procedures while ensuring a positive shopping environment.
•
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
•
Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Requirements:
•
Previous retail experience in fashion or luxury retail preferred as store manager
•
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse customers.
•
Passion for fashion with a good understanding of style trends.
•
Proficiency in using POS systems and handling transactions.
•
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
•
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
•
Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
Degree in fashion or a related field is an asset
