Experienced Sports Academy admin assistant required for immediate start.
Key Skills required.
We are looking for people who have strong English language skills both spoken and written and who are used to dealing with customer enquiries on the phone and data entry as well as following up on sales leads and securing booking.
Candidates will need to be very well organized and able to work as part of a team, but also be confident working independently.
About the role
The role will be as an administrator for a Sports Academy, taking bookings, liaising with guests and organizing the coaching roster. Anyone with front of house experience in leisure who is used to working with a booking system and handling enquiries will certainly have an advantage. The work will start initially as part time, 24 hours per week, however if people prove themselves in the role this may become full time in the next few months. Applicants must be able to work in the UAE legally and should already have a valid visa ideally. The work will require people to move around several sites across Dubai with the office being based in Dubai Investments Park.
We operate out of five schools in Dubai and the business is expanding rapidly. Hours will be split between the office and schools with extensive travel being required.
Applicants will need to provide a valid police clearance certificate, due to the nature of the work being on school premises.
They should also ideally have a valid child safeguarding certificate and first aid qualification.
