What You’ll Do?
Maintains inventory.
Creates drinks menu.
Determines employees’ schedules.
Ensures the bar is well-stocked and clean.
Tracks customer preferences and applies them to our offering.
Maintains budget and monitors costs.
Maintains drink recipe documentation.
Oversees planning for special events.
Appropriately delegates tasks to staff.
Selects and purchases supplies.
Oversees staff performance and day-to-day operations.
Hires, trains, promotes, and, when necessary, disciplines staff.
What Are We Looking For?
Minimum high school academic.
Experience a minimum of 2 years similar position.
Good talent, good appearance, good presentation, and knowledge of products used in his or her field.
Excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to be integrated into the new work environment.
Ability to learn fast and adapt
Has knowledge of all products he is working with including raw products and the ability to produce consistent taste and quality in all varieties of drinks offered
Knowledge of basic food hygiene and standards.
High interpersonal skills, and communication skills.
Hard worker, teamwork player.
Highly Self-motivated with the ability to motivate others as well.
Leadership and multitasking.
Ability to work in a highly fast-paced environment and still produce the required standard
