Daily cash ledger management
Processing supplier payments
Assisting shop staff with POS related queries
Cheque Processing
Bank Reconciliation
Credit customer account reconciliation
Weekly / Monthly Tasks
VAT filing and reporting
P&L Report
Physical inventory – stock checking
Processing staff salaries
Cash Flow Management and Forecast
Ageing /Expiry stock report and Purchase plan
Long Term Objectives
Implementing a continuous stock checking system
Implementing the auto re-order system via the existing software
Implementing staff attendance system
Creating a detailed costing system for the Bakery and Restraunts
Qualifications / Traits
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Related discipline
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Previous experience in a supermarket or retail store is not needed but would be ideal.
Able to and Wants to live outside India for 2 years trips.
