Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, and payroll.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
Conduct regular financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
Liaise with external auditors and assist in the annual audit process.
Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and other statutory requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making and provide financial insights.
Stay updated with industry trends and changes in accounting regulations.
Requirements:
Must have atleast 3 to 4 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the real estate industry.
Qualification: ACCA, CA Inter or 4 year CA articles completed. Freshers with relevant qualifications are also encouraged to apply.
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and practices.
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Professionalism and a high level of integrity.
