About you:
We are seeking a dynamic and client-focused Account Manager to join our team at Ronin. As an Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, understanding their unique needs, and ensuring their satisfaction with our adtech solutions. This role is vital in driving client retention, growth, and overall success.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Client Relationship Management:** Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, fostering positive and lasting relationships. Develop an in-depth understanding of client goals, challenges, and objectives.
**Tailored Solutions:** Collaborate with clients to develop and deliver customised adtech solutions that align with their specific needs and objectives.
**Communication:** Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and address any concerns or inquiries promptly and professionally.
**Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Work closely with our internal teams, including the Software Development, Finance, and Customer Support, to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
**Opportunity Identification:** Continuously identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximise revenue from existing clients.
**Performance Monitoring:** Monitor and analyse client performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and recommend optimizations to achieve client success.
**Exceptional Service:** Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues, addressing concerns, and ensuring clients’ needs are met promptly and effectively.
**Requirements:**
Proven experience in account management or client-facing roles.
Exceptional relationship-building skills and a client-centric approach.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Strong understanding of the adtech industry and digital advertising landscape.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
Experience in the adtech industry.
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
Track record of meeting or exceeding sales and retention targets.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
