We are looking for an HR professional experienced in recruitment, onboarding, retaining, performance management and employee relations. The role involves development and implementation of strategies and policies and will include key responsibilities such as-
· Establish effective recruitment channels for sourcing quality candidates.
· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, sourcing candidates,
conducting interviews, and facilitating the selection process.
· Coordinate and execute the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing schedules, welcome packages, and training resources.
· Conduct orientation sessions to familiarize new hires with company policies, culture, and procedures and follow-up on the training schedules.
· Identify training needs within the organization and design, implement, and evaluate training programs to address those needs.
· Create career development and retention plans for employees.
· Design and implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance job satisfaction and retention.
· Conduct regular employee surveys to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement.
· Work closely with management to address employee concerns and promote a positive work culture.
· Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes.
· Provide guidance to managers on performance-related issues and support in the creation of performance improvement plans.
· Establish and periodically maintain HR policies and guidelines, communicating changes to employees as needed.
Qualification:
Minimum 5 years experience in the HR Operations and end to end recruitment.
Good knowledge of local employment law.
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized individual with strong time management skills and personal efficiency.
Strong knowledge on utilizing all relevant tools used for hiring.
