Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Property Consultant, located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Property Consultants at Bricks n Woods are responsible for managing existing client relationships and developing new leads. Day-to-day duties include meeting with clients to understand their requirements, co-ordinating with landlords to list new properties, conducting viewings and inspections, and handling negotiations for rental or sales agreements. Property Consultants will also be responsible for creating marketing strategies and maintaining regular communications and feedback with clients.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance or a related field.
2+ years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and in a team setting.
Excellent written and verbal skills in English. Arabic would be an advantage.
UAE driving license and own car are preferred.
An in-depth knowledge of Dubai real estate regulations and market trends is a plus.
A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets is desirable.
