As the HR Manager at Pimex Medical, you will hold a pivotal role in aligning our human resources with both strategic and operational objectives. You will report to both the Executive Director/CEO for strategic HR functions and to the Commercial Director for operational HR tasks. This dual reporting structure ensures that HR strategies are in harmony with the company’s overall goals and day-to-day commercial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Functions (Reporting to Executive Director):
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Manage organizational development and company culture initiatives.
Oversee high-level policy development and strategic resource planning.
Advise top management on HR planning and organizational design.
Operational Functions (Reporting to Commercial Director):
Lead the recruitment and selection process, particularly for commercial roles.
Implement employee relations strategies and performance management systems supporting commercial objectives.
Coordinate training and development programs tailored to enhance the skills and productivity of the commercial team.
Provide day-to-day HR support to the commercial department, ensuring alignment with operational goals.
Qualifications
Experience in human resources management, including compensation, performance management, employee relations, and talent management
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives in line with company objectives
Proven experience in managing the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and selection
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work well under pressure and to tight deadlines
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Familiarity with employment laws and regulations in the UAE.
Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a human resources management role
