Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for an Event Coordinator. The Event Coordinator will be responsible for managing events, communicating with clients and delegates, providing exceptional customer service, and increasing sales. The Event Coordinator will work closely with the Events Manager and other team members to ensure all events are executed smoothly and successfully.
Qualifications
Event Planning and Event Management skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks with ease
Demonstrated ability to increase sales and revenue
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in event planning, customer service, and sales is strongly desired
