Role Description
This full-time, on-site Primary Teachers role is located in Dubai, UAE. As a Primary Teacher at Ajman Academy, you will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with teaching primary students. You will be required to develop, implement, and deliver high-quality, inquiry-based lessons that support student learning in diverse ways. This includes using a range of strategies to foster curiosity and creativity in all students and continually evaluating and reflecting on their progress to ensure continued success.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education or a relevant field
Teaching license or certification
Fluency in English
Experience in teaching primary students using the IB curriculum
Demonstrated expertise in student-centered teaching and learning methodologies and practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Experience in using technology to enhance the learning environment
Knowledge of Arabic or experience delivering bilingual instruction is a plus
Commitment to supporting the emotional and social well-being of all students in their care
Ability to create a positive, respectful, inclusive learning environment that values diversity
