Our client is a dynamic and rapidly growing project development firm deeply committed to excellence and innovation. With a diverse portfolio spanning various industries across the UAE and KSA, they are expanding their operations and are in search of a dedicated HR Generalist to join their team. This is a temporary role for 3 months and we are looking for someone who has a sponsor visa.
Position Overview:As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes, particularly in the UAE and KSA. This includes mobilization, onboarding, visa, and deployment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations: Responsible for onboarding, offboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and managing employee relations.
Visa and Deployment: Oversee visa and deployment processes, ensuring full compliance with UAE and KSA regulations. Collaborate with relevant authorities to facilitate seamless deployments. Knowledge of Emiratization and Saudization is a plus.
Optional but not essential: Talent Development: Identify training and development needs and implement programs to nurture talent and leadership capabilities within the company.
Qualifications (Desirable):
Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Should have some experience with construction companies.
In-depth knowledge of HR operations, performance management, and UAE/KSA labor laws and regulations.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
A strategic thinker with a passion for talent development and culture building.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
