Provide leadership and strategic guidance for the delivery of HR services, policies, and programs (succession planning, talent management, change management, organizational and performance management, training and development, and compensation) in a fair and consistent manner.
Ensure that HR policies and procedures are applied consistently and fairly .
Directing and carrying out the organization’s human resource strategy in support of its overall business plan and strategic goals.
Oversee the performance management system’s correct implementation and offer the necessary facilitation and support for that endeavour.
Facilitate implementation of appropriate change management and succession planning initiatives associated with organizational development activities.
Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
Provide overall leadership and guidance to the HR function by overseeing talent acquisition, career development, succession planning, retention, training, leadership development, compensation and benefits globally.
