Our HR Administrator is responsible for running Minimalist’s administrative HR operations and supports the Founder and executive team with personal assistance-related tasks.
DUTIES
Update and maintain administrative HR files, such as employee files, leave calendars, performance appraisal documents, onboarding processes, etc.;
Support recruitment endeavors by scheduling and assisting in candidate interviews, screening applications, postings of jobs, etc.;
Support in the preparation of payroll by reporting paid and unpaid leave days, pro-rata months, etc.;
Act as direct HR contact for employee questions and concerns;
Run and operate HR processes such as performance appraisals, training, onboarding, offboarding, etc.;
Render personal assistance with administrative tasks to the Founder.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 2 years of relevant experience in HR Administration/Office Management/Personal Assistance in the UAE;
A relevant degree in HR or Business Administration;
HR-relevant certifications (SHRM, CIPD, etc.) are an advantage;
Outstanding communication skills (written & spoken) in English
