We are seeking a detail-oriented, thorough, and organized sales supervisor to join our growing team. In this position, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and growing company revenue. You will supervise and coordinate the schedules of the sales representatives to meet and exceed sales quotas.
Main Responsibility:
– Supervise sales operations of the sales team.
– Follow-up leads and samples provided by the sales team.
– Follow and collect the payments from the credit customers.
– Implement strategies to sell products or services.
– Build a new customer base to maximize sales.
– Retain existing customers by providing prompt customer service.
– Supervisor and oversee the maintenance of customer databases.
– Supervise accounts receivables team in collecting balances.
– Supervise field marketing and sales force.
– Analyze field reports and prepare sales documents.
– Analyze competitor pricing proposals and sales strategies.
Sales Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications:
High school degree or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business administration, business, or related field preferred.
Two (2) years of previous experience as a Sales Supervisor. “FMCG Industry”
Demonstrated and proven sales results.
Good computer skills and experience with tracking and recording call information, filing documents, or updating customer profiles/accounts; may include entering and tracking merchandise, and scheduling with MS Excel or similar software.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. [English]
Excellent customer care and focus; ability to assess customers’ needs and provide correct answers, paths, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience.
Previous experience in Food Manufacturing.
