A reputable and well-established Pharmaceutical company is actively recruiting an HR Manager to be based in Abu Dhabi.
Candidate must have Pharmaceutical experience.

The main responsibilities will include:
Managing all office administration duties.
Analyze, develop, and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Oversees all HR strategy and activities and ensures the proper implementation of HR-related policies and procedures.
Responsible for talent attraction, talent management, employee development, compensation and benefits, and personnel-related affairs across the Company as well as enhancing the Company’s overall Human Resources practices.
Drive appropriate learning and development initiatives as well as succession planning.
Develop and update HR policies and procedures in alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Implement performance appraisal systems.
Must ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
To be successful you will need to meet the following:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar. Master’s degree/ HR certifications are an advantage.
Minimum 12 – 14 years’ experience relevant experience.
Proven experience as an HR Manager within the Pharmaceutical industry.
Experience with employee relations, talent acquisition, and performance management
In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical industry regulations and compliance.
Knowledge of HR Software such as SAP, ESAT, HRMS/HRIS, or similar.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Arabic is a plus.
