Our client currently seeking a highly experienced and strategic HR Manager preferrably UAE National with expertise in performance management, learning and development, and succession planning to join their dedicated HR team.
As the HR Manager, he/she will play a pivotal role in driving the organization’s success by leading and overseeing various aspects of human resources, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, and providing strategic HR guidance to support the employees’ growth, development, and overall engagement.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Design and implement cutting-edge Talent Development Programs for all levels including leaders & high potential talent.
Champion and support talent mobility, employee development and retention.
Develop, maintain and lead a robust succession planning framework.
Monitor and evaluate the performance management process, making continuous improvement as needed.
Design, implement and oversee the learning & development programs.
Promote a positive workplace culture by developing and implementing strategies to improve job satisfaction.
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or Psychology or related field
5-10 years of progressive HR experience with a focus on performance management, learning and development, and succession planning.
Proven experience in designing and implementing effective performance management systems.
Strong experience in creating learning and development methodologies and succession planning programs.
Experience in designing/implementing talent programs.
Exceptional communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with an ability to motivate, coach and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
UAE Nationals with family book will be highly desirable.
