Liaising with management to prepare BOQ quotations using Excel for client submittal.
Processing of invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
Track and documentation of payments-related correspondence, between vendors and clients.
Prepares balance sheet, profit and loss statement, and other reports.
Monthly review and analysis of Balance Sheet, compiling back up documentation for Balance sheet reconciliation.
Prepares monthly accruals of staff benefits, amortization of assets and depreciation of fixed assets.
Ability to reconcile, prepare and file Quarterly VAT Return.
Revenue recognition and reconciliation.
Maintain accurate records of all sales and accounting related activities to achieve operational and strategic goals.
Fixed Asset Management.
Prepares monthly Payroll calculation and Payslips.
Provide general admin support.
Qualifications:
Accounting background is a must.
UAE experience preferred.
Experience in a Scaffolding/Construction company is an advantage.
Ability to coordinate with external auditor.
Job Location : Musaffah, Abu Dhabi. Salary range is 3k to 5k based on experience. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
