Our diverse team consists of 20+ professionals – engineers, artists, animators, event and business managers. And now we are looking for a proficient HR Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources, including recruitment, training, performance management, employee relations, and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, hiring and onboarding of the new employees.
Coach, mentor and support the Cyberdrone team.
Develop and deliver employee training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
Build healthy relationships within the team.
Develop and implement corporate culture.
Work with employees´ motivation and retention.
Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including equal employment opportunity (EEO) laws, wage and hour laws, and safety regulations.
Manage the dismissal process.
Maintain accurate HR records and prepare reports, including monthly payrolls and annual HR budget tables.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the organization’s goals and objectives.
Requirements
At least 5 years of proven experience as a Human Resources Manager.
Knowledge and understanding of the MENA region specifics.
Strong communicative and organizational skills.
Pumped time management, stress resistance.
English language, written and oral, C1-С2 level (advanced/native).
