Job Description: We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Receptionist to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all incoming calls, maintaining an up-to-date record of business-related phone calls, and ensuring excellent customer service over the phone. The Receptionist will play a key role in presenting our company in a professional and positive manner to clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
· Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing a friendly and helpful customer service experience.
· Maintain an accurate and organized record of all incoming business-related phone calls.
· Update client calls data and maintain the database with relevant information.
· Transfer calls to the appropriate departments or individuals within the company.
· Handle general inquiries and provide information about our products and services to callers.
· Take detailed messages and forward them to the appropriate recipients.
· Greet visitors and ensure they are directed to the correct person or department.
· Maintain a neat and organized reception area.
· Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and organizing documents.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent. Additional qualifications in administration or related fields would be an advantage.
· Proven experience as a Receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Pleasant and professional telephone manner.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Proficiency in using computer applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· Strong attention to detail.
· Positive attitude and a team player.
· Prior experience in a receptionist role in a corporate environment is preferred.
