We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Family Nurse for assistance. As a Family Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive healthcare services to the family members. You will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on their health and well-being.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive health assessments and medical histories for patients of all ages.
Perform physical examinations and order and interpret diagnostic tests to formulate accurate diagnoses.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including prescribing medications, therapies, and lifestyle modifications.
Provide primary care services, including vaccinations, health screenings, and health education.
Manage chronic conditions and acute illnesses, offering expert guidance and support to patients.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and patient-centered care.
Advocate for patients’ needs and assist with navigating the healthcare system.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Participate in continuing education and professional development to stay current with best practices in healthcare.
Demonstrate cultural competence and sensitivity in delivering care to patients from diverse backgrounds.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent.
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the United Arab Emirates.
Proven experience as a Family Nurse or in a similar role is preferred.
CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Compassionate and caring nature.
Knowledge of local healthcare regulations and practices is a plus.
