The Role
Your Responsibilities Will Include
Provide nursing care at the home of the patient.
Monitoring of progress of the patient and keep records
Coordinate with nursing in-charge and Medical Director in case of requirements.
Ideal Profile
You have DOH License or eligibility.
You have at least 2 years experience including solid experience in a similar role within Healthcare & Lifesciences.
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
You are a strong networker & relationship builder
You are willing to undertake 0-30% travel.
