Area Sales Manager Job Description
We are looking to employ a driven and experienced area sales manager to increase sal itinn assigned geographical area and guide a team of field sales representatives.
Th areaa sales manager’s responsibilities include delivering presentations to potential andexisting customers, evaluating the performance of the sales team, and preparing cocise sales reports. You shuld also be able to develop as well as modify cusomer requency plan as needd.

Developing sales strategies and plans to achieve sales and profit goals by leading, developing, and otiti es associates.
Providing ongoing training, motivation, and development of sales associates to ensure hat sales and profits are effectively managed and maintained.

g or exceeding targeted sales quotas and productivity standards
Providing consistent and motivated leadership and direction to all staff and team members.
surig compliance with all company, state, and federal laws and regulations
Ensuring that sales staff is appropriately trained and competent to perform their job duties.
Providing exceptional customer service to all customers on a daily basis.
Developing and implementing sales and marketing plans to drive sales and profit
Collecting customer feedback and market research.
Area Sales Manager
requirements and qualifications
Experience of minimum 3 years in Dubai real Estate & must have a team of minimum 10.mmbers and/of business management
Excellent sals and negotiation skills
Effective decision making and problem-solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
Ability to demonstrate initiative and work well in a fast-paced environment
Experience in working with and influencing other people
Ability to consult and negotiate with both internal and external customers
Ability to be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Strong work ethic and ability to work well with little supervision
