A Wholesale Building Materials Construction Company, are in search of an adept and forward-thinking HR Organizational Development Manager OR Senior HR Generalist to join their team (based on experience). This pivotal role will be instrumental in refining our HR practices and aligning them with our overarching business objectives. (Start up environment)
Key Responsibilities:
Will be tasked with optimizing and improving current basic HR procedures such as recruitment and payroll, as well as handle communications with consultants who will help us outline our long-term HR roadmap. Should have experience in different HR functions in UAE companies
Evaluate and optimize existing HR processes encompassing recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and employee relations. Innovate solutions to streamline operations, enhance efficiency, and elevate the overall HR function.
Collaborate closely with external consultants to craft a comprehensive HR strategy that anticipates and supports our long-term growth trajectory. Partner with senior leadership to crystallize HR objectives harmonious with the company’s strategic vision.
Oversee end-to-end recruitment endeavors, sourcing and selecting top-tier talent that seamlessly integrates with our company ethos. Devise tactics to attract diverse candidates and cultivate a sustainable pool of potential hires.
Cultivate a positive, inclusive workspace by adeptly handling employee relations matters and promptly addressing concerns.
Design and implement initiatives that boost engagement, cultivating contentment and job satisfaction.
Collaborate with departmental heads to establish performance metrics synchronized with corporate objectives.
Oversee performance reviews, constructive feedback sessions, and personalized career progress plans.
Adherence to Compliance and HR Regulations:
Remain abreast of UAE labor laws and HR regulations, ensuring that our HR practices remain compliant and ethically sound.
Offer informed counsel to management on HR-related legal intricacies as needed.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline. Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven track record (5+ years) spanning diverse HR functions within UAE-based entities.
Profound knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR regulations.
Demonstrated prowess in process refinement, organizational development, and strategic HR orchestration.
Exceptional interpersonal aptitude, capable of fostering collaboration across all echelons.
Innate problem-solving acumen coupled with analytical dexterity.
Adeptness in HR software and systems.
Professional HR certification
Consulting/construction experience
