Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services and generating sales leads.
Handle inbound calls from existing and prospective customers, providing product information, answering queries, and resolving issues.
Build strong customer relationships by delivering excellent customer service and exceeding customer expectations.
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Collaborate with team members and share best practices to improve overall team performance.
Continuously develop product knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar customer service/sales role.
Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and confident speaking voice.
Strong persuasion and negotiation skills to effectively promote products/services.
Exceptional customer service orientation with the ability to resolve customer complaints and issues professionally.
Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adhere to deadlines.
Reliable internet connection, a quiet workspace, and suitable equipment to work from home.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in outbound sales or telemarketing.
Experience in the relevant industry or a similar role.
Additional language proficiency.
Familiarity with remote communication tools like Zoom, Slack, or Microsoft Teams.
