Handle entire cost accounting role and develop Departmentwide profitability reports, generation of income statements and reconciliation with the Financial reports.
Active involvement in the budget preparation.
Able to generate budget vs actual costing reports, invoice-wise profitability reports.
Perform full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts and support to the Finance manager in closing the months within the strict deadlines.
Good knowledge of big 4 audit requirements and compliance in time.
Develop various business models and scenario planning.
Good knowledge of cash flow and working capital cycles.
Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries.
Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the set up.
Supporting Finance Manager in ensuring that inter company cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy
Expert experience in the day to day finance and accounts operations.
Consultative with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives
CA/ICWA/ CPA preferred.
Min 3-10 years relevant experience in financial & management accounting particularly in Manufacturing is preferred.
Relevant experience in audit and costing is mandatory. Preference will be given to Big 4 experience holders.
Excellent strategic planning skills and able to interact with all levels.
Good MS Office skills particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel.
Able to work independently and highly meticulous. Some ready to stay back and complete the work.
Working experience in Navision/ business Central is highly regarded.
