We are seeking an experienced HR OD Specialist to join our team. As an HR OD Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and implementing programs and initiatives to enhance the organization’s performance and productivity. You will work closely with the HR team and business leaders to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
Responsibilities:
Design and implement programs and initiatives to support organizational development
Conduct needs assessments and develop strategies to address identified gaps
Develop and deliver training programs on topics such as leadership development, team building, and change management
Partner with business leaders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes
Analyze data and provide insights to inform decision-making
Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, or a related field
3+ years of experience in HR OD or a related field
Strong knowledge of organizational development principles and practices
Experience designing and delivering training programs
Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams
