Position: Receptionist
Job location: Dubai
Salary: AED 4,000
Working days: 6 days per week
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome visitors, clients, and guests in a warm and friendly manner.
Manage and maintain a neat and organized reception area, ensuring a professional and inviting atmosphere.
Answer incoming calls and redirect them appropriately or take accurate messages.
Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and packages.
Provide accurate and helpful information to inquiries about the company, its services, and products.
Schedule and manage meeting room bookings, ensuring smooth coordination and timely preparations.
Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
Assist in coordinating travel arrangements, including flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and transportation.
Perform general administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and scanning documents.
