Job Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures in alignment with the overall business strategy.
Identify and recommend areas of improvement to internal standard operating procedures, including team restructuring.
Ensure the compliance with UAE HR legal requirements by studying existing and new legislation.
Manage the talent acquisition process, including preparing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, screening CVs, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding qualified job applicants.
Champion the onboarding process, ensuring the process is up to date and of high quality, providing clarity and connection for the entire staff and their role in relation to the overall vision.
Assist with recruitment efforts and prepare employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs.
Facilitate the performance management process, drive appraisal process for its successful conclusion during probation and annual cycle, review & support outcomes to Management for further analysis & decisions.
In charge of the whole visa process for employees (residence visa and cancellation.
Manage employees’ records, compensation, payroll, and benefits.
In charge of the health insurance and other companies’ insurances.
Establish and maintain the company’s HR reports and records by designing a filing and retrieval system.
Requirements and Qualifications
Master’s degree in Human Resources.
Minimum five years or more of experience in the HR Department.
Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills.
Emotional intelligence & critical observation.
Excellent decision-making skills.
Able to work independently.
