SCT Chemicals Trading was founded in 2019. Immediately was started the blending plant of lubricants. The plant is one of the newest and most modern in the region. Design capacity of up to 160 KMT per year. The laboratory has modern testing equipment as per the latest international standards for testing raw materials and finished products and is being added to regularly to cater to our growing R&D needs.

Key Responsibilities
Create new business opportunities by investigating accounts and establishing relationships with relevant stakeholders.
Maximise products sales by utilising a high level of product knowledge and selling skills across industries.
Interact with stakeholders to establish an informed knowledge of data and the market.
Manage your territory by delivering strategic objectives into each of your targeted accounts, deliver impactful and actionable meetings and presentations.
Identification of further upsell opportunities
Organise, co-host and attend regular sales update calls, quarterly meetings, and other required commercial meetings.
Ongoing troubleshooting, analysis and updating of internal process and policies to ensure optimum output from the commercial team.
Candidate Profile
Demonstrable success and proven experience in hazardous waste sales
Have a good understanding of technical and customer experience elements
Great communication skills with the ability to effectively manage projects
Ability to prioritise and organise your own workload to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment whilst working with and supporting your wider team.
Ability to identify knowledge gaps and development potentials
Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills
Requirements:
· Russian Speaker
Should have knowledge and work Experience about Oil, Chemicals and Lubricants
Should have UAE Driving License.
Bachelor’s degree
Should have Chemicals Experience or Chemistry Background.
5 years of sales experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
