Black & Grey HR is recruiting a Receptionist for our client—a top-notch, rapidly growing gym in Dubai. Were looking for someone who can run the front desk seamlessly while juggling various admin roles.
Key Responsibilities:
Warmly greet guests and guide them to the right spot or person.
Handle incoming calls—filter and forward as necessary.
Keep the reception tidy and stocked with essential supplies like pens and brochures.
Offer accurate information in person, on the phone, and via email.
Sort and distribute mail and deliveries.
Uphold security measures—logbook monitoring and visitor badge issuance.
Stock the front office and track inventory.
Update calendars and set up meetings.
Organize travel and stays, and create expense vouchers.
Admin tasks like filing, copying, and faxing.
Requirements- Previous role in reception or front office.
Microsoft Office savvy.
Experience with office gadgets like fax machines and printers.
Professional look and demeanor.
Strong written and verbal skills.
Pro-activity and resourcefulness.
Organizational flair.
Ability to multitask and prioritize.
Customer-centric mindset.
High school diploma; extra Office Management certs are a bonus.
