Duties and Responsibilities:
Prospect for new clients through various channels, such as networking events, social media, and referrals.
Conduct property viewings and open houses to potential buyers and tenants.
Prepare and present offers to clients, negotiate contracts and manage the closing process.
Stay up to date with the local real estate market, including property values and industry trends.
Manage client relationships, including maintaining regular communication and providing excellent customer service.
Collaborate with other real estate professionals, such as lenders, home inspectors, and attorneys, to ensure smooth transactions.
Requirements:
Proven track record of sales success, with a focus on customer service.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of real estate laws and regulations.
