We are seeking a talented and creative Graphic Designer to join our Clinic’s Marketing Team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and engaging designs for various marketing materials and communication channels. Your work will play a crucial role in promoting our clinic’s brand image and attracting new patients.
Responsibilities:
1. Design and create visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, banners, digital ads, social media graphics, and email templates.
2. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute creative concepts for advertising campaigns and promotional activities.
3. Ensure that all designs align with the clinic’s brand guidelines and maintain brand consistency.
4. Research and stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and software to continuously improve design quality and effectiveness.
5. Work closely with the content team to integrate text and visual elements effectively in the designs.
6. Prepare design files for print and digital distribution, ensuring proper file formats, resolutions, and color profiles are used.
7. Collaborate with external vendors, such as printers and photographers, to ensure high-quality production and delivery of materials.
8. Assist in the creation and maintenance of the clinic’s website graphics and user interface (UI) elements.
9. Prepare in house designs and coordinate for printing all necessary materials.
10. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting.
2. Proficient in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
3. Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects, including both print and digital materials.
4. Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
5. Excellent creativity and ability to translate concepts into visually appealing designs.
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.
7. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Strong organizational and time management skills.
9. Knowledge of web design principles and experience with UI/UX design is a plus.
