We are looking for an experienced HR Specialist to join our consultancy team.
Responsibilities
HR specialist will be responsible for working toward our clients’ long-term success together with our consultant team. These activities will include such as Setting up HR Strategies, Policies and Procedures, Organizational Development and Design, Onboarding, Change Management, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, Recruiting, Interviewing, Employee Relations, Labor and Employment Law, Talent Management, Internal Communications, and HRIS Database Management.
To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of full-cycle recruiting and solid knowledge of labor legislation. Ultimately, you will foster a healthy workplace by ensuring our HR procedures run smoothly at all times for our customers.
Qualifications
Requirements and skills
Proven work experience as an HR Specialist or HR Generalist.
A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in a similar role.
Hands-on experience with Human Resources Information Systems
Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems
Solid understanding of labor legislation and payroll process
Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good problem-solving abilities
Team management skills
BSC/MSC in business administration, human resources, or a relevant field.
