The Sales Consultant will work with the Store Teams to ensure all our guests receive the highest standards of customer service whilst providing an unrivalled in store retail experience. Manage relationships with VIP customers, partner with the Warehouse Team to order stock and receive shipments whilst ensuring that the store is merchandised in line with brand standards.
In this role you will have the amazing opportunity to:
Handling the whole customer purchasing life cycle from assisting with wine choices to completing transactions and deliveries
Dealing with VIP customers whether it is in store, via e-mail or on the telephone.
Stocking, replenishing, and cleaning the sales area in both stores.
Monitoring and updating product display areas.
Dealing with customer enquiries and queries both diplomatically and professionally at all times.
Completing administrative tasks and running reports through Excel, Tableau, AX, Outlook and MRMS
Looking after all aspects of the store whilst the Le Clos Duty Manager is away from the store
Ordering and receiving stock from the warehouse and ensuring all stock movements are well managed.
Perform other duties as requested by the Line Manager.
Selection Criteria:
1 year in Wine industry/F&B/Hospitality or customer facing role.
A passion for and understanding of wine and spirits.
Flexible and adaptable – Le Clos is open 24/7 as such requires the ability to work combinations of both day and night shifts.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Good written and spoken English.
Well-presented individual.
WSET or similar qualification
Team player as well as self-starter who has the confidence to deal with HNW individuals.
Uses initiative, self-motivated and target orientated.
