About the role:
We are currently seeking an organized, proactive HR Coordinator to join our dedicated team. What you’ll be doing:
Assisting in the recruitment process by coordinating job postings, reviewing resumes, conducting telephone screenings and interview scheduling.
Supporting the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless integration into the team.
Managing HR records, including employee data, benefits, and performance reviews.
Coordinating training sessions and seminars, enhancing skill development and performance.
Assisting in developing and implementing HR policies throughout the organization.
Addressing employee inquiries and problems, offering timely and supportive solutions.
Collaborating with the HR team to review procedures and improve HR functions.
Who are we looking for?
Candidates with experience in Human Resources, preferably within the real estate or financial sectors.
Excellent command of written and spoken English is essential.
Proficient in HR systems and databases.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and questioning skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
