Key Responsibilities and skills:
• Develop and implement the organization’s Emiratization strategy, aligned with national Emiratization objectives.
• Collaborate with senior management to set annual Emiratization targets and monitor progress towards achieving them.
• Conduct periodic analysis and reports on Emiratization metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
• Identify Emirati talent requirements across the organization and coordinate with recruitment teams to attract suitable candidates.
• Establish partnerships with educational institutions, job fairs, and other channels to enhance the recruitment of UAE nationals.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure Emirati candidates are given equal opportunities throughout the recruitment process.
• Stay updated on Emiratization regulations and guidelines and ensure the organization’s compliance.
• Prepare reports and submissions required by government entities related to Emiratization initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to Emiratization efforts and present it to the management as and when requested.
