Banke International Properties is a leading real estate agency specializing in the Dubai property market. We are currently seeking highly skilled and motivated Property Consultants to join our dynamic team.
Job Title: Property Consultant
Salary: Competitive commission upto 65%

Location: UAE (Dubai, RAK, Al Furjan)
Responsibilities:
Identify potential clients and establish a professional relationship with them.
Conduct property viewings and negotiate deals with clients.
Build and maintain a portfolio of properties for sale.
Prepare and present detailed property reports to clients.
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
Stay up to date with property market trends and knowledge of the legal requirements related to property sales in Dubai.
Maintain and update listings of available properties.
Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders and home inspectors.
Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.
Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services.
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets best practices.
Attend company training programs and meetings to continuously improve sales skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
Work experience in UAE real estate market with a proven track record of sales.
Prior sales experience in Bank, Luxury Sales, Insurance, Luxury Cars and retail is also preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of the Dubai property market and legal requirements related to property sales/leases.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Should have a hunger for success & for financial gain.
UAE driving license and a car is preferable.
