You need to be able to:
Source and identify top talent through creative strategies
Conduct engaging interviews and assessments to evaluate right-fit candidates
Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract passive candidates – we’re looking for a creative, sales-driven approach to promote our vacancies
Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and professional networks)
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from posting jobs to onboarding
Stay updated with the latest market trends and share insights with management
Maintain accurate records in our recruitment systems
Fulfill our short-term recruitment needs, while building and nurturing the talent that will lead ASTUDIO into the future
You need to have:
A Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or a related field
At least two years of experience as an HR headhunter in Dubai or the UAE
Lived in Dubai or the UAE for at least three years
A deep understanding of the local job market, trends, and labor laws
A creative and resourceful approach to talent sourcing
Proficiency in recruitment tools and technologies, including LinkedIn recruiter
A proactive, go-getter attitude that represents our vibrant culture
