Requirements:

Strong proficiency in graphic design software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Sketch, etc.).
A comprehensive portfolio showcasing creative and innovative graphic design work.
Proven experience in creating designs for various marketing channels, including social media, print, and digital.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with a keen attention to detail.
Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
A creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and bring fresh ideas to the table.
Knowledge of current design trends, best practices, and industry standards.
Proficiency in English (Reading, Writing, and Speaking) is essential.
A self-motivated and proactive individual who can work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns to promote our products/services.
Create visually stunning and compelling graphic designs for marketing materials, including social media posts, banners, advertisements, email newsletters, brochures, and other collateral.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and channels.
Use graphic design software and tools to produce high-quality designs that align with the company’s brand guidelines.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design and marketing to bring innovative ideas and concepts to the team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as copywriters, content creators, and photographers, to ensure effective implementation of marketing campaigns.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality work.
Conduct market research and analyze data to identify target audience preferences and trends, and incorporate findings into design concepts.
Provide support in the organization and coordination of marketing events and trade shows.
Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
