Duties and Responsibilities:
• Stay up to date and knowledgeable on current Off Plan opportunities and key developer products
• Be proactive and aggressive in your personal sales techniques
• Guide and facilitate clients to buy directly from developers with market updates, launches, prices, etc.
• Negotiate between primary property buyers and developers
• Maintain and develop relationships with developers and clients
• Arrive professionally aesthetic every day to resonate with your role. Grooming and seamless wear.
• Complete all relevant paperwork, keep files organized and accessible and comply with office administration procedures regarding documentation and quality assurance
• Manage time effectively to ensure that all duties are performed satisfactorily
PRE-REQUITES FOR APPLYING:
• UAE Driver’s License and mode of transportation
• Must have minimum of 1 year Dubai Real Estate Experience (Preferably Off Plan)
• Demonstrated sales track record
• Motivated & Professional
•With ability to make his own team
• Goal Orientated
• High level of Customer Empathy & Service
• Confident & Friendly
• Works well under Pressure
• Organized & Time Management
