Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and experienced HR Director who will play a pivotal role in driving our global expansion efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs to support our international growth. As a key member of the leadership team, you will collaborate with stakeholders across different regions to ensure the successful execution of our expansion plans.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute global HR strategies and initiatives in alignment with the company’s overall objectives and values.
Collaborate with senior management to understand business needs and identify HR requirements for successful global expansion.
Oversee talent acquisition efforts, including recruitment, selection, and onboarding of global employees.
Develop and implement effective employee retention strategies to support long-term growth and maintain a positive work culture.
Manage global compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness and compliance with local regulations.
Drive performance management processes to foster a high-performance culture and support employee development.
Establish and maintain effective employee relations programs, resolving conflicts and promoting a harmonious work environment.
Monitor and analyse HR metrics to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Stay abreast of global HR best practices, employment laws, and industry trends, ensuring compliance across all locations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
10 years of progressive experience in HR leadership roles, with a focus on global operations and expansion.
Strong knowledge of international employment laws, regulations, and cultural nuances.
Proven experience in developing and implementing global HR strategies, policies, and programs.
Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams across different regions.
Strong business acumen and strategic thinking abilities, with a track record of aligning HR initiatives with organisational goals.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
Flexibility and willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required for business needs.
HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR are highly desirable.
