They are looking for an experienced Telesales Manager to join their team in Dubai.
Experience: 7 – 12 Years
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of telesales professionals to achieve targets and objectives.
Develop and implement effective telesales strategies to maximize sales revenue.
Provide guidance and support to the telesales team in identifying and pursuing potential leads and closing sales deals.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of individual team members, providing feedback, coaching, and training as necessary to enhance their skills and productivity.
Analyse sales data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional materials and sales campaigns.
Stay up to date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify business opportunities and adjust strategies accordingly.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
Prepare regular sales reports and presentations for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Telesales Manager or a similar sales management role in the real estate industry.
Strong knowledge and understanding of real estate market dynamics, luxury properties, and developments.
Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
Excellent leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools.
Ability to analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions.
Results-oriented mindset with a customer-centric approach.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
